Nominations
Nomination forms must be completed by a third party and submitted to the BNK Secretariat. All nominations are reviewed to ensure the following criteria are met:
- Nominee must be a full-time driver
- Nominee must reside in the Philippines
- The incident must have occurred in the Philippines
- Nominee must be on the job or on the way to or from work at the time of the incident
- Nominations must be received by March 31, 2010
