Staying true to Goodyear’s core value of being a brand that supports and promotes safe driving, Goodyear Philippines is launching a Tuesdays with Gary V. promotion designed to recognize those who observe proper and safe practices on the road.

Tuesdays with Gary V. is a nationwide promo rewarding family men (just like Mr. Pure Energy himself!) and women who practice proper and safe driving when it comes to helping to protect their families and loved ones. The promotion will run from October 1-10, 2013.

Winners will receive two (2) free tickets to Tuesdays with Gary V. at Teatrino Promenade, Greenhills on October 15, 2013.

To join, simply follow these steps:

  1. Post a family photo of your road trip or holiday on Goodyear Philippines’ Facebook wall: www.facebook.com/GoodyearPhilippines
  2. Answer the question, “Love family road trips? Tell us how you keep your families safer during the long drive”
  3. Don’t forget to include the hash tag #AssuranceTripleMax in your caption
  4. Make sure you read the promo terms and conditions as stated below.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

WHO MAY JOIN / PROMO PERIOD / PROMO AREA

  1. The contest is open to anyone residing in the Philippines who are fans of the Goodyear Philippines Facebook page.
  2. Promo is valid nationwide.
  3. Promo period is from October 1, 2013 to October 10, 2013

 

HOW TO JOIN

  1. Like us on Facebook for your entry to be valid: www.facebook.com/GoodyearPhilippines
  2. Post a family photo during one of your road trips or holidays on our Facebook wall.
  3. Answer the question, “Love family road trips? Tell us how you keep your families safer during the long drive”
  4. Don’t forget to include the hash tag #AssuranceTripleMax for entries to be valid.

 

CUT OFF DATE FOR ENTRIES

All entries must be submitted by October 10, 2013 on or before 12 midnight.

 

SCREENING OF ENTRIES

  1. To qualify for Goodyear’s Tuesdays with Gary V. promo, the participant’s entry must be
    • In  line  with  the  theme  of  road side safety and putting one’s family safety (while on road trips) as  the  main concept;
    • Strictly follow the guidelines and mechanics;
  2. All entries will be strictly monitored. Participants must not post content that falls into any of the following categories or else Goodyear Philippines and its affiliates will reserve the right to disqualify and remove postings that are:
    • Abusive, defamatory, or obscene
    • Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
    • In violation of any intellectual property right of another;
    • In violation of any law or regulation;
    • Otherwise offensive;
    • Considered spam or an advertisement of any kind.
  3. Goodyear will select winners based on messaging (road safety) and creativity.

 

PRIZE:

  1. Each winner will get two (2) free tickets to Tuesdays with Gary V. at Teatrino Promenade on October 15, 2013.
  2. There will be 3 winners.

 

CLAIMING OF PRIZES

  1. Winners will be contacted via FB personal message regarding details of how to claim their prize
  2. Prizes can be claimed at the Goodyear Head Office on or before the show schedule.

 

CONTEST GUIDELINES

  • Participants may post as many times as they want, provided that each entry (photo and tip) is unique and different;
  • By joining the promo, participants represent and warrant that (1) they own the intellectual property rights and have permission to post the photos, and (2) they are authorized to give consent, on behalf of themselves and the persons in the photo submitted, for the use of their names, likeness, images and personal data which they submit.
  • Goodyear respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our fans to do the same. It is Goodyear’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disqualify entries and/or report the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others to leading authorities.
  • If you (participant) believe that your entry or photo has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated during the promo, please contact our Goodyear Philippines Community Manager by sending us a private message as soon as possible.
  • Goodyear follows all procedures which aim to ensure the privacy and welfare of its participants. Therefore, all personal information will be handled and dealt with properly, however it is collected, recorded and used, and whether it be on paper, in computer records or recorded by any other means.
